The launch trailer for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is upon us.

To think, it has almost been 11 months since Uncharted 3 was first revealed to us back at the VGAs in 2010. Slowly but surely we’ve come a long way since then. Sony has been play­ing its hand nicely with Drake’s Deception and is about ready to release one of the most anti­cip­ated games of the Fall.

We still have two weeks to wait, but Sony is giv­ing us some­thing to watch until the game finally launches. Behold, the launch trailer for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. The trailer does its best not to spoil any­thing major, though some hints at the plot are a given.

The trailer also takes its time show­ing off some amaz­ing set pieces that we have and have not seen before. Some famil­iar set pieces include the mem­or­able plane sequence. New pieces involve a giant wave that comes crash­ing down on our prot­ag­on­ist.

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will release November 1 in North America and November 2 in Europe exclus­ively on PS3. Check out the trailer below:
