Square has sent out a new trailer for Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days fea­tur­ing everyone’s favor­ite crim­inal duo.

The game allows play­ers to exper­i­ence 48 hours of hell with two of gaming’s most notori­ous crim­in­als, as they face the con­sequences when a simple job gone wrong sets off a des­per­ate struggle to escape the Shanghai under­world.

It fea­tures “Ground-breaking art dir­ec­tion, relent­less action game­play and innov­at­ive mul­ti­player” and it prom­ises to redefine the action shooter exper­i­ence.

Kane and Lynch 2 hits retail on August 17 in the US and on August 20 in the UK for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

The demo is avail­able now on Xbox Live, PSN and Steam.
