Ubisoft has announced that upcom­ing strategy game R.U.S.E will hit retail in September for the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The game prom­ises to “rein­vig­or­ate” the strategy genre, by allow­ing play­ers to use their brain as the ulti­mate weapon, by fight­ing a war of per­cep­tion in which the abil­ity to mis­lead the enemy determ­ines suc­cess.

It’s set to hit retail on September 7 in the US, September 9 in Europe and on September 10 in the UK.
